We spent one night at the showgrounds to provide a break on our trip to Woodgate.
The grounds provide a choice of grass or bitumen for caravan parking. There are a few power poles available for use on both grass and the bitumen.
The site is sloping so you do need to expend some effort to level the caravan.
There are basic facilities that are clean and serviceable.
You do need to arrive before 4:00pm when the main gate is shut. Guests can come and go after 4:00pm.
The camp sites are very close to the M1 (highway to Gympie), so there is road noise throughout the night.
