We spent 3 nights at the Captain Cook Holiday Village. The park is heavily wooded and provides partial shade for all powered sites. The unpowered camping area is more open and has good grass cover.

The park is spacious and well laid out. The facilities are clean and in good condition.

There is a 900 metre track at the top of the park that leads to a beautiful beach through forest and some sand dunes.

We have no hesitation recommending this camp ground to anyone.

We were on site P1 - shown below
