My wife and I created this Blog to provide information to campers regarding the various camp sites we have visited. We are happy to answer questions regarding our experiences during our travels.

We purchased our first caravan in June 2020, and so far have had two trips in the caravan. The first was for 10 days and the second was for a little over 6 weeks.

  • The first trip was to Mapleton and Rainbow Beach in Queensland.
  • The second trip travelled up the east coast from Brisbane to Ayr; out to Charters Towers; and back to Brisbane via Clermont, Rubyvale, Emerald and Bell.

Over the next few weeks we will be adding details of all the camp sites we visited.

We are now enthusiastically planning our next adventure.

Nullarbor Plain - 38k Peg Rest Area

In 2021 we spent 6 months travelling in Queensland; Northern Territory; Western Australia and South Australia. This is another video covering some of the amazing places we visited. Note that I am not posting these in the order they were visited. This is the the order in which they become available for publication. This one is the 38k Peg Rest Area on the Eyre Highway (Nullarbor Plain). We were simply amazed by the views. More details can be found  here .
